about me

Hi, I’m Laura! I became a yoga instructor after experiencing severe burnout as a school counselor in public education. I realized I wasn’t practicing what I was preaching. I was on autopilot and felt completely disconnected from myself. I started to focus on my own inner work, came back to yoga, and found mindfulness practices that stuck. Yoga has helped me come home to my body and has helped me cultivate compassion and peace within. My hope is that I can hold space for others to share this experience and reconnect to their bodies, minds, and spirits. My asana practice focuses on slower flows with fewer postures where I have the space to breathe deeply with ease.
